Create a DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) address on the Adguard DNS website. You should know how to do this.
Convert the DoH address to a stamp on the DNSCrypt website:
Settings for example
Protocol: DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH)
Host name (e.g.): d.adguard-dns.com
Path: /dns-query/1fxxxxx7y
This can then be stored on the Unifi interface in the Security, Encrypted DNS menu:
